Solve It! Privacy Policy
Solve It! for iPhone and iPad · Effective September 29, 2026
The short version: Solve It! collects no personal information from anyone, children included. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
What stays on your device
The app saves lesson progress, game scores, the grade you picked, settings (sound, theme, answer buttons) and any players you add on your device only. It never sends them anywhere, and I can't see them. Settings › Reset progress erases lesson progress and scores (with players, it asks whose first); deleting a player erases their name, picture and progress; deleting the app erases everything.
Players
Players are optional. A player is a name and one of twelve pictures, so everyone on a shared device keeps their own lessons and scores. A first name or a nickname is plenty. Players stay on the device with the rest of the app's data and are never sent anywhere.
Purchases
The full version is a one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple through the App Store. I never see your name, Apple Account or payment details. The app only learns from Apple whether the full version has been bought, so it can open the extra content. Apple's handling of purchases is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Network
The app works offline. It connects only to the App Store, for the purchase and to restore it. Links in Settings › About open in your browser.
Children
Solve It! is made to be safe for young learners. Because it collects no personal information, it collects none from children under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
