Why does a times-table question pop up before a link opens?

Links out of the app (this support page and the privacy policy) wait behind a quick grown-up check, so a child doesn't land on the web by accident. Pick the right answer to continue.

My child can't finish a letter. What helps?

Start each stroke on the green dot and keep the finger on the screen until the stroke ends; lifting early starts that stroke again. Easy shows the most help, and skip moves on with no penalty.

How do I start over?

Settings › Reset progress erases progress and drill results on that device. With players, it asks whose progress first.

Languages

Change the language in Settings: English, Español, Deutsch, Français, فارسی, العربية, 日本語, 中文, 한국어, हिन्दी.

The app collects no personal data. Read the privacy policy.
